What About Sushi? by University of Cincinnati

During my 2022 spring semester I created an infographic detailing the history of sushi as well as the many kinds of different sushi that is popular in Japan. I conducted research on my topic and compiled the information into a detailed infographic that aims to inform the viewer on sushi culture in Japan.
