The organizational chart is a business necessity, and normally the furthest thing from a description of business culture. This artwork visualizes the hierarchical positions of employees of the Havas group, a multinational public relations, and media company. After many attempts, I realized that regular dataviz was not enough and turned to data art. "Together" radically changes from traditional radial visualizations for hierarchies. I thought it was more interesting to evoke professional growth from within a company, with the top management rooted in the earth and the thousands of colleagues rising up, organically growing like thousands of flowers.
