Covid-19 vaccinations administrated in the different Regions of Italy from 30.12.2020 to 20.12.2021.

The day by day administration of primary, secondary and booster dose is visualized clockwise in a circular way.

The data has been published by the Italian government as Open Data.

The idea was to document and visualize the vaccination progress in an easy way that gives comfort and hope for the future using for the visualization a circular graph forming a flower like symbol, similar to the official logo of the italian vaccination campaign.

The graphs show the overall result as well as differences in timing and daily efforts of the different Regions of Italy.

The image was created from an interactive data visualization powered by iXMaps which used actual raw data loaded directly from the governmental GitHub repository.
